Carve Master 2 GORE-TEX® jacket
Dainese’s Sport Touring leader, the Carve Master has taken new heights as the Italian brand introduces the Carve Master 2 GORE-TEX® jacket complete with increased storage pockets and heightened style. The Carve Master 2 puts you in control, whatever the weather as it has a breathable and waterproof GORE-TEX® membrane, multiple air vents and a new, upgraded removable thermal liner and thermal collar. There’s 3D-Stone fabric on critical points that deliver class-leading abrasion resistance, while Mugello fabric combines outstanding comfort with unrestricting riding ability.
The male version of the Carve Master 2 is joined by a women’s model that has been totally reengineered for a female figure, offering both style and practicality, and for couples that like to adventure together this is the perfect outfit choice for days away on the road.
Other features of the Carve Master 2 GORE-TEX® include removable composite protectors that are certified to EN 1621.1 Standard on the elbows and shoulders, pocket for a Double Chest protector and back pocket for a G1 and G2 back protector.

Carve Master 2 GORE-TEX® trouser
The perfect partner to the Carve Master 2 GORE-TEX® jacket is of course, the Carve Master 2 GORE-TEX® trouser. Complimenting its safety functions, all-season temperature regulation and streamlined sport touring looks. There’s also a women’s version that has a tailored fit, while also providing comfort and safety.
The Carve Master 2 GORE-TEX® trousers feature adjustable knee protector height, as well as Pro-Shape soft protectors certified to EN 1621.1 on the hips and removable composite knee protectors that are certified to EN 1621.1 Standard. Mugello and 3D-Stone fabric make up the main structure of the trouser and temperature is controlled thanks to a removable thermal liner and a perforated breathable Sanitized® fabric liner.

Pro-Armor back protector
The CE-certified Pro-Armor back protector is constructed of expanded nitrile rubber with a perforated structure. The protector bends and stretches longitudinally and laterally for easy of movement for the rider and is held in place by removable shoulder straps and a removable and adjustable lumbar band.
Available in sizes XS/M – L/XXL in a choice of long and short options, the Pro-Armour back protector has an RRP of £109.95.
Torque D1 GORE-TEX®
Offering the performance and lightness associated with the Torque family, the Torque D1 GORE-TEX® adds another dimension with waterproofing, thanks to its GORE-TEX® membrane. The model also features replaceable magnesium sliders and Dainese’s high-tech D-Axial system in thermoplastic.
The Torque D1 GORE-TEX® boots are certified to CE – Cat. II – EN 13634 Standard, further protection is also added with a nylon heel and a reinforced nylon toe, as well as a protective nylon inner hull and magnesium inserts on the outer side and heel. The main material of the boot is D-Stone™ fabric, with the upper in microfiber. Comfort is ensured with flexible joints for walking, as well as a closing zip at the back and Velcro® calf adjustments.

X-Travel GORE-TEX®
Combining sports riding and touring, the X-Travel GORE-TEX® boasts Dainese’s innovative Ergo-Trek stainless-steel knuckles, which offer optimum mobility with protection placed across the knuckles where it’s needed. The gloves are constructed from elasticated fabric, which ensures maximum comfort, while the GORE-TEX® membrane and double cuff are perfect for wet weather days.
Certified to CE – Cat. II – EN 13594 Standard level 1, the gloves also offer a reinforced palm, DCP system on the little finger, a Polyurethane palm insert, as well as Techno™ inserts on finger joints. The gloves also have Dainese’s Smart Touch, so that a touch screen device can still be used when wearing the gloves.
